Are you an undergraduate or graduate student looking for the right place to gain experience in finance or wealth management?
Our summer interns will have the opportunity to work with a number of our professionals within our Aldrich Wealth practice, providing them an introduction to investment analytics, financial and estate planning, corporate retirement plans and the various functions that support the services we provide our clients. Interns will also spend time working with our investment advisors and may even have the chance to attend client meetings.
The intent of the summer internship program is to develop interns through focused education, varied experience, and achievement of specific goals. It is our belief that by providing broad exposure to the variety of services within our firm, our people will be better equipped to effectively serve our clients.

What You Should Know
The summer internship program requires 20 hours of work per week for 7 weeks. This is a temporary, non-exempt position that requires in-person attendance. As a temporary employee, you will not be eligible for employee benefits, with the exception of the 401(k) plan.

At Aldrich, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensations decisions are dependent on facts and circumstances of each candidate. The compensation offered may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, and other job-related reasons. Aldrich makes internal equity a consideration in all pay decisions. A reasonable estimate of the current range for the internship is $22.00-$25.00 per hour.
