Description:
BMW of South Albany located in Glenmont, NY and part of The Albany Auto Group, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as part-time cashier / receptionist for our sales and service departments! The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, strong initiative, and be a team player. Dealership experience is preferred; CDK is a plus!

Job Duties:
•Answering phones and directing customers to the appropriate department and following up in a timely manner by promptly and efficiently answering multi-line telephone system
•Scheduling appointment requests online and by phone
•Receiving cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and recording amounts received on repair orders (RO's) and/or counter tickets
•Communicating issues to management for follow-up and resolution
•Assisting with scanning and filing

Requirements:
•High school diploma
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
•Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information with minimal supervision
•Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs, and requests to dealership personnel
•Professional personal demeanor and attire

$16 to $18 depending upon experience
