Pinnacle Talent Solutions is on the hunt for an Accounting Assistant with proven Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable skills. Great opportunity to build skills and work hand in hand with the Controller. The ideal candidate would have a can-do attitude and who does well in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities: Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including processing invoices and payments Accurately input and maintain financial records (credit card expenses, gas cards, mileage, etc.) Reconcile accounts and create/use spreadsheets to organize financial data Provide administrative and clerical support to other departments as needed Assist with general operations tasks such as expense reports, PTO tracking, and new employee onboarding Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate department Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (preferred) 1–2 years of hands-on experience with AP/AR required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (basic level) Prior experience with Sage accounting software is a major plus Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with minimal supervision needed Reliable, punctual, and a dependable team player
