Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable & Receivables Specialist to join our growing auto dealership team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing all accounts payable and receivables functions to ensure the financial health and efficiency of our operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and record all vendor invoices and payments in a timely manner
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers on a monthly basis
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions
• Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve billing and payment issues
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and procedure

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable or a related accounting role
• Strong math and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheets (experience with DMS systems a plus)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Automotive industry experience preferred but not required
