Job Description
Full-time/Part-Time position(s). M-F, 8:30AM-5:00PM
We are in the home healthcare industry. We are seeking to hire for 1 FT or 1-2 PT roles. Positions are at company HQ. Office duties only, no field visits.
Responsibilities:
· Provide general administrative and clerical support including, but not limited to, data entry, mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
·Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system, ensuring client records are up to date.
· Assist in troubleshooting office administrative problems.
· Submit insurance claims & billing reports to third party vendors (HealthPartners, UCare, MA, BCBS, Medica).
· Answer calls from clients and address their inquiries.
· Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
· Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers.
· Maintain office supplies for department.
· Assist Director and Management as needed/assigned.
Requirements
· Bachelor Degree preferred. High-school Diploma required.
· Previous administrative experience preferred, but not required. On-site training offered.
· Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook required.
· Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
· Excellent communication skills -- written and verbal.
· Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
· Good research skills and attention to detail.
· Bi-lingual in Hmong, Spanish, Pashto, Arabic, Urdu, Ukrainian, French, Swahili, Cambodian preferred, but not required.
