• Receptionist role to the entire site - phone answering and transferring to designated call receiver.
• Answering questions from calling truckers about dock hours, incoming loads, etc.
• Front desk operations for all incoming truckers and visitors to the site.
• Payroll operations - correcting incorrect punched times or missed times, entering vacation and sick leave for hourly employees, keeping track of current vacation/sick time pay.
• Smart Desk - PO maintenance and vendor ownership for all site billing and invoice payments.
• SAP transactions - lab and shipping data entry
• Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and email knowledge required
• Computer skills required.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
• Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
• Planning and Time management, Multitasking,
• Working experience in administrative and business support for manager positions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Extensive computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
• Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to gather and monitor information and think result-orientated.
• 4-6 Years of Experience
• Education requirements- Bachelors degree
