Administrative Executive Assistant
Location: Carlsbad, CA
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive Assistant for a minimum 6-month contract in Carlsbad, CA, with strong potential for a permanent position. This role will provide direct support to the President, ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of daily office operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. A college degree and strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel are required.

Responsibilities:Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
Assist with data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping
Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation
Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor communications
Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications:
4+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or office setting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
College degree is required for this role
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a contract-based role

Monday- Friday
7:00am-4:00pm PST

Located in Carlsbad, San Diego
Minimum 6 month contract role, possibility to be extended or go permanent
Compensation: $27.00-$34.00 per hour DOE
