Strong independent working skills are essential, with minimal supervision. The role involves collaboration with multiple technology teams and stakeholders, facilitating grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment. No application development or coding is required, but very strong SQL skills and database navigation comfort are mandatory.
