RF Test Engineer/Entry Level C/C++ Developer Job Description We are seeking an RF Test Engineer to join our team. The role involves programming software in C/C++ or MATLAB to automate test fixtures, developing test software for Nearfield and Compact Antenna Range, and creating software programs to automate tests. You will troubleshoot RF issues during tests of advanced antenna systems, support technicians with troubleshooting and training, analyze test data to identify early trends, and collaborate with design engineering for hardware and test improvements. Additionally, you will support program meetings to develop root cause and corrective actions.

Work Site This is a fully on-site position in LINTHICUM HEIGHTS, Maryland.
Work Environment We currently have 4 first shift openings: 4 weekday 1st shift (M-F) openings that only require a Secret Clearance to start. 3 of the 4 require SAP eligibility, but they can start with their secret while obtaining the SAP. 1 of the 4 just requires an Active Secret. You will work in both indoor and outdoor Antenna Test Ranges at our BWI campus, collaborating with RF design engineers to create test equipment and automated test software. The work environment is mixed, involving both lab work and indoor/outdoor ranges. The work will predominately be on cleared programs, and the lab operates 24/7, requiring multiple shifts to ensure continuous coverage.
