Recruiting Solutions is seeking an Assembler for a wire and cable assembly manufacturer in Spartanburg, South Carolina! This is a 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, Temp to Hire position with a competitive starting pay of $17/hr, weekly and monthly bonus opportunity , and benefits available through the at the time of hire!

• Assemble assigned product components on an assembly line in accordance with production guidelines
• Perform spot checks to ensure products meet approved quality standards
• Notify leadership of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) as trained
• Perform quality workmanship in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform heat-shrink tubing, labeling, and crimping tasks
• Support quality system requirements, including product identification and non-conformance reporting
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management

• Highschool diploma or GED required
• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic reading, writing, and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Basic math and measurement aptitude
• Manual dexterity and hand-tool use
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Basic computer or iPad skills preferred
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift, stoop, bend, lift and perform repetitive motions
