As a team member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our assembly line. You'll maintain a clean and organized work area, follow strict quality control guidelines, and work collaboratively with our team to meet production targets.

**Required Skills**
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, basic math skills, and physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

**Nice to Have Skills**
Previous experience in assembly or packaging, familiarity with quality control procedures, and basic computer skills.

**Preferred Education and Experience**
High school diploma or equivalent required

**Other Requirements**
Ability to work weekends when needed
