Job Responsibilities: - The Assistant Center Director will be an engaged professional with a business management degree with a minor in Education, Accounting, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES The Assistance Center Director will be empowered to:
Sales Tasks: Care calls to existing customers, follow up with leads, schedule center visits, and enrollment conversation with walking customers.
Administrative tasks: Creating new student binders, updating student binders, reordering workout plans, logging student progress, join instructional floor if necessary.
Support Center Director: In operating day to day operations of the center.
This is a part time position. Extensive training and induction is provided. Pay plan includes performance bonus ($18 to $20 an hour) plus $50 per new customer enrolled.
Work schedule: Monday-Thursday 2:30 pm - 8:00 PM and Saturdays 9:30 am to 2:00 pm (an average of 30 hours a week)
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS • Previous experience in a formal office environment.
• Strong tact and diplomacy; interacts and works cooperatively with children, parents and staff.
• Ability to prioritize; organize and plan work under own initiative.
• Highly organized; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments and projects.
• Flexible/adaptable to constant change.
• Understanding of Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• Four year degree required.
Schedule:
• Monday to Thursday 2:30 pm - 8:00 pm/Saturday 9:30 am - 2:00 pm
Supplemental Pay:
• Bonus pay
All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
