Job Description

The Assistant Farm Manager is responsible for assisting in all operational aspects of the Augusta Health Farm, including, but not limited to: seed starting, planting, performing farm maintenance, harvesting, post-harvest processing, delivering crops and maintaining records. The Assistant Farm Manager will help coordinate the Augusta Health Farm weekly point of sale markets and community benefit programming.

Formal Education : None required, high school diploma or GED preferred

Experience: One-two seasons of farm production experience and a basic understanding of agriculture.
