Are You a Great Fit?

• You have at least 1 year of restaurant experience (fast-food or fast-casual preferred).
• You're a natural leader with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• You excel at coaching, motivating, and working collaboratively with others.
• You take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and high-quality environment.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the General Manager to create a fun and positive work atmosphere.
• Assist with day-to-day operations, including opening and closing the restaurant.
• Coach and develop team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
• Set high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Build relationships with guests and ensure their satisfaction.
