Job Title: Assistant Project Manager (Commercial Construction)

Location: Dallas, TX

Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year (Dependant on Experience)

Summary:

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting the successful execution of commercial construction projects. This role will involve close collaboration with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in all phases of the project lifecycle, including pre-construction, construction, and closeout.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other critical documents.
• Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Assist with procurement and contract administration.
• Prepare meeting minutes, submittals, and other project documentation.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in construction, with focus on (larger) commercial projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
