Job Description:
As an Auction Arbitrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and resolving disputes related to Condition Reports (CRs) at auctions. Your role is crucial in ensuring fairness and maintaining the integrity of our auction process. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in bodywork, vehicle inspections, CR assessments, and dealer negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough reviews of Condition Reports (CRs) to ensure accuracy and fairness.
- Handle disputes between buyers and sellers, acting as a neutral party to resolve issues.
- Leverage your background in bodywork to assess vehicle condition accurately and fairly.
- Collaborate with auction staff to ensure a smooth and efficient arbitration process.
- Provide clear, professional communication to all parties involved.
- Maintain detailed records of all arbitration cases and outcomes.
- Assist in developing and implementing best practices for arbitration procedures.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Auction Arbitrator or similar role within the automotive auction industry.
- Strong background in bodywork and vehicle assessment.
- Previous experience with Manheim or Adesa auctions is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
