We are seeking a Client Care Specialist who is motivated and enthusiastic to join our Sales BDC full-time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to internet leads in a prompt and professional manner in an effort to schedule sales appointments
• Receive inbound sales calls using a call guide in an effort to schedule sales appointments
• Maintain long-lasting relationships with clients via phone, text, email, and video while keeping an accurate database
• Conduct equity mining to target clients who may be eligible to upgrade their vehicle
• Assist the dealership in achieving its monthly sales objectives
• Must be available to work some nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications:

• Must be performance driven and self-motivated
• Must be able to attend all scheduled trainings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Strong computer and typing skills required
• Organized with the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast paced environment
• Professional and personable demeanor
• Must have a flexible schedule and ability to work some nights, weekend, and holidays
