Dunkin’ Donuts Crew Member Responsibilities

• Customer Service : Greet guests, take orders, and ensure a friendly experience.
• Food & Beverage Prep : Make coffee, espresso drinks, sandwiches, and baked goods to brand standards.
• Cash Handling : Operate the register, process payments, and handle transactions accurately.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance : Keep the store tidy, sanitize workstations, and restock supplies.
• Teamwork : Support fellow crew members and communicate effectively during busy shifts.

Skills & Qualifications

• No formal education required; high school diploma or GED is a plus.
• Prior experience in food service or retail is helpful but not necessary.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
