Overview Esplanade at Azario is looking for a great attitude to work on the golf course selling drinks from the beverage cart as well as work in our Bunker Bar where you will sell snacks, hot dogs and drinks. Experience Required Maintain a professional appearance at all times. Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests. Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other supplies. Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use. Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed. Operate Jonas, guest member charges and credit card charges according to procedure. Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them. Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service. Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available. Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks. Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned. Communicate effectively with peers, management, line and front of the house employees. Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
