Summary of Position: We are searching for a warm and friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic Beverage Cart Attendant for our Osprey Golf Course. Must be 21 years or older to serve/mix alcohol.
Expectations & Responsibilities: - Provide an unparalleled experience for our guests and members, who are purchasing food and beverages while on the golf course.
- Stay organized and have the ability to stay on task with minimal supervision.
- Possess a passion for providing extraordinary service and always exude a high-energy outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests, as well as be able to understand requests for assistance.
- Possess a strong knowledge of spirits and beer as well as a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management.
- Must be able to handle confidential information as it relates to guests and business operations.
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Uphold the core values, and policies and procedures of the resort.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 1-year previous experience in a Food & Beverage role preferred.
- Point of Sale system experience preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to be able to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Must have flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
