Pay Range: $21.00 to $ 29.00 per hour

Responsibilities - Process and book repair orders timely and in accordance with established procedures.
- Accurately code warranty claims and enter into the dealerships automated system.
- Review warranty information in order to complete warranty submission.
- Close service tickets ensuring accuracy of all information.
- Files and maintains all service records required by the warrantor
- Represents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and activities
- Performs similar/other duties as needed or assigned
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, warranty companies, and customers.
- Actively listen and respond to vendor and customer questions.
Requirements - Automotive warranty booking experience minimum of 1 or 2 years.
- BMW Warranty experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to read technician and service advisor notes.
- Strong attention to detail.
