In partnership with the Departmental Leadership - Dept of Pediatrics, the Business Data Analyst researches, analyzes, evaluates and assists with ongoing data analysis, reporting, and visualization needs within the Dept of Pediatrics. The Business Data Analyst will gather and interpret data from a variety of sources to help the organization make operational business decisions and support the physician practice. Gathers, creates, modifies and interprets data to create reports and visualizations as requested. The Business Data Analyst will interface with the enterprise Data Intelligence team as well as analysts from other departments in order to achieve operational goals.

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $34.21/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
This is an intermittent remote position, which means that the person hired will work with his or her manager to determine a schedule that includes both at home and on?site hours at a Children's Mercy location. The incumbent must live in the Kansas City metro area.
