Key Responsibilities:

Manage internet business development leads effectively.
Utilize our CRM daily to log and track incoming traffic.
Proactively generate appointments and quotes through outbound prospecting and lead management.
Assist customers with vehicle selection, becoming a trusted product expert and advisor.
Provide customers with relevant product resources, including online tools.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail automotive sales or as a BDC Representative.
Comfortable texting and emailing customers regularly.
Proficient in entering and managing leads in a CRM system.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Outstanding organizational abilities.
Ability to remain composed and perform well under pressure.
