Key Responsibilities:

• Manage internet business development leads effectively.
• Utilize our CRM daily to log and track incoming traffic.
• Proactively generate appointments and quotes through outbound prospecting and lead management.
• Assist customers with vehicle selection, becoming a trusted product expert and advisor.
• Provide customers with relevant product resources, including online tools.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail automotive sales or as a BDC Representative.
• Comfortable texting and emailing customers regularly.
• Proficient in entering and managing leads in a CRM system.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational abilities.
• Ability to remain composed and perform well under pressure.
