Fragomen’s Business Immigration Consultant position offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact with training, development, and long-term growth. The role involves substantive and client-facing work beyond typical paralegal duties, including case preparation and filing of petitions with government agencies, document gathering and review, case analysis and drafting, case management, client intake, troubleshooting, and strategy establishment. The consultant will generate clear written work products, communicate proactively with clients and foreign nationals, meet deadlines, assist in hiring and training, identify productivity improvements, and stay updated on immigration policy changes. The role requires fluency with case management and reporting tools, adherence to firm standards and policies, and a continuous improvement mindset. Qualifications include an Associate's degree or Paralegal certificate plus 4 years of business immigration experience or a Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience, strong knowledge of visa procedural requirements, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel. The position supports a positive work environment and teamwork.
