Job Requirements: The Project Manager is responsible for the overall construction of building sealants and associated work within the sealants division. This person manages project administration, budget, schedule, and overall progress, reporting directly to the Director of Project Management for their region. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Ensure overall profitability of projects Drive project schedules and maintain updated timelines Follow company policies and develop tracking metrics Manage job costs and facilitate discussions with field supervisors Procure materials and interpret blueprints Communicate job sequences and plans Assist with estimating and project bids Attend jobsite and coordination meetings Handle job setup, billing, reports, RFIs, change orders, and related documentation Education, Skills, and Abilities: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred Application Instructions: Apply online at ipc.us/t/FC4785DCA7FD4074 .
