CDL A Truck Driver – Walmart Dedicated – $1,200+ Weekly Avg – Home Daily – Henderson, NC (Night Shift Only)
Now Hiring: CDL A drivers for the Walmart Dedicated account based in Henderson, NC (27536). This is a local slip-seat account offering consistent refrigerated freight, home daily schedules, and excellent weekly earnings. Drivers will complete a short paid orientation and receive steady freight delivering to Walmart and Sam's Club stores across the region.
Position: CDL A Truck Driver – Walmart Local Dedicated
Location: Must live within the shaded hiring area outlined in the recruiting map (commuting distance to Henderson, NC DC – 27536)
Freight: 100% no-touch refrigerated freight
Delivery Area: NC, SC, TN, and VA (within 300 miles of Henderson, NC DC)
Load/Unload: No-touch freight
Miles per Week: ~1,250 miles
Routes: 1–3 per day, with 1–3 stops per trip (occasional 10-hour break on the road)
Shift: Night shifts, start times between 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Schedule: Rotating schedule – 6 days on/34-hour restart, then 5 days on/2 days off
Home Time: Home daily (rare overnight in hotel if required)
Weekend Work: Required
Holiday Work: Required if within workweek
Equipment: Slip-seat International, Freightliner, and Kenworth day cabs
Weekly Average Pay: $1,200+ (must work full schedule)
Annual Earnings Potential: Up to $70,000
Pay Package: Mileage pay or lane minimum pay – whichever is greater
Stop Pay: $20 per stop
Lane Minimum Pay:
0–50 miles: $41
51–75 miles: $48
76–100 miles: $64
101–125 miles: $74
126–150 miles: $82
151–175 miles: $84
176–200 miles: $93
201–225 miles: $96
226+ miles: Paid per mile
Experience-Based Mileage Pay:
0–11 Months: $0.45 CPM
12–35 Months: $0.47 CPM
36–59 Months: $0.50 CPM
60–83 Months: $0.51 CPM
84–119 Months: $0.52 CPM
10+ Years: $0.54 CPM
Training Pay:
1-day classroom training = $50
2–3 days ride-along training = $100 per day
Valid CDL Class A License
Must live within shaded hiring area on recruiting map (Henderson, NC – 27536 DC)
Must have personal transportation to and from the DC daily
Minimum 3 months CDL A experience preferred
Commitment to working full assigned schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)

Home Daily – consistent local routes with rare overnight stays
