About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a goal-oriented, self-motivated sales strategist with a proven track record of growing sales. This role is pivotal in leading the strategic vision and forecasting for the sales and marketing department, with a focus on doubling revenue within a two-year period. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing the sales team, coaching and mentoring members, and continuously improving the sales training program. They must be adept at data analysis, process improvement, and be capable of managing the end-to-end customer experience. A strong emphasis is placed on leadership, accountability, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, both internally and with clients. Applicants for the Chief Revenue Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to grow sales at multiple companies. The role requires a leader with a consultative sales approach, experience in data analytics, and a proven track record in process improvement. The ideal candidate will be a team player, a capable leader, and a driven individual with a passion for sales and marketing. While not mandatory, experience in the construction industry, project management, design, and specific sales training methodologies is preferred.
