About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Risk Officer and International Enterprise Risk Management Senior Manager to lead the risk management program for its Irish legal entity. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and executing the risk management program, aligning it with the broader ERM framework, and building out core risk management functions. This includes risk identification, incident tracking, and executive-level reporting. The role involves working closely with risk partners and stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and to provide independent assurance on key operational risks. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with at least 10 years of experience in risk management within the financial services sector and a strong knowledge of risk governance principles. Applicants for this role at the company should have a "can do" attitude, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to pivot in a constantly evolving environment. The role requires a candidate with the capacity to establish and maintain effective working relationships, as well as strong organization, project, and time management skills. A Master's degree is preferred, and experience with RSA Archer is a plus. The company values individuals who are crypto-forward and have a strong knowledge of emerging crypto trends. The Chief Risk Officer will also be expected to support ERM programs and initiatives, provide input and feedback on the development of the ERM & EMEA Risk Program and Framework, and may be involved in special projects or ad hoc work as needed.
