Are you a recent civil engineering graduate looking to jumpstart your career in structural design? We are seeking a motivated Civil Staff Engineer to join our team and work on exciting projects ranging from new building layouts to structural renovations. This position offers hands-on experience and professional growth under the guidance of experienced project managers and engineering leaders.

• Perform and coordinate structural designs under the supervision of the Project Manager.
• Provide structural analysis and design for new buildings and existing structure renovations.
• Collaborate with BIM Designers to produce structural plans and details in REVIT.
• Assist in construction administration, including shop drawing reviews, RFI responses, and site inspections.
• Prepare evaluation reports and compile field data for structural assessments.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (required).
• Strong desire to pursue Professional Engineer (PE) licensure within two years.
• 0-5 years of structural design experience (entry-level candidates welcome).
• Knowledge of structural materials (steel, concrete, wood, masonry) and design codes (AISC, ACI 318, IBC, ASCE 7).
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., RISA, ETABS) and familiarity with AutoCAD and REVIT.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
