  4. Identifying candidates from job postings, through universities, and through employee networks
  5. Direct communication with candidates, including assisting in initial interviews, setting up interviews, and serving as a contact point between the candidate and hiring manager, Young Professionals and Administration Staff to promote open communication
  6. Post job postings for the multiple regions, attracting qualified candidates and supporting regional hiring needs.
  7. Conduct training sessions to educate staff on best practices in hiring and recruiting strategies, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across the firm.

Qualifications:

  • 2-8 years of experience in recruitment, with a background in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and with external candidates.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and strategies, including social media, internal networking, and external networking.
  • Excellent data management skills and ability to develop an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to hiring.

We provide a comprehensive benefits package which includes employer paid life insurance, 401k employer contribution (after 1 year of service), performance bonus, comprehensive family medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, holidays, short-term and long-term disability, paid parental leave (after 1 year of service), employee assistance and wellness programs.
