We are looking for people who love to wake up early and put on their boots. The Ideal Candidate comes with 5+ years in commercial HVAC ducting install. We are a company with over 55 years in the trade and we are set up for commercial projects of all size. We are looking for someone that will fit our culture and is ready to lead a crew and train apprentices as needed.

The position requires the typical construction expectations, such as, working in the hot sun and cold, getting dirty, lifting heavy objects, talking to people, traveling around Central Oregon, while pertaining to company and OSHA safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
