Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Compounding Pharmacy Technician in Jacksonville, Florida! This role is on site / in person. Type: Three-month contract, possibility for extension or fulltime offer Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am to 5:30pm Pay: $24.00 to $ 25.66 an hour Responsibilities of the Compounding Pharmacy Technician: · Processing non-compound prescriptions and verify appropriate information. · Perform Sterile compounding according to company policy and regulations including USP 797 and USP 800 · Call patients and answer phones · Dispense unit doses, specialty pharmaceuticals, injectables, IV and related supplies · Participate in completing and documenting all cleaning and monitoring activities identified for areas related to sterile compounding including daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning requirements · Work within a team to triage and respond to all pharmacy needs promptly Qualifications for the Compounding Pharmacy Technician: · High School Graduate or GED · Active and unrestricted pharmacy technician license in FL · 2+ year of pharmacy technician experience required · Minimum of 6 months experience with sterile compounding Why work for Adecco?
