Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team at United Building Company Inc. located in Redondo Beach. As a Construction Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating with the Project Managers, Superintendents, Sub-Contractors and other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects. In addition, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks such as organizing documents, processing invoices, and responding to emails and phone calls. You will need to be good with Excel spreadsheets as well as Microsoft word. This will include some accounting responsibilities so bookkeeping skills are preferred.
