•\tDrainage (storm main lines, drain tile, strip drains, etc.)
•\tUtilities (storm, sanitary, water mains)
•\tExcavations (trenching for new utilities, foundations, mass clearing, etc.)
•\tRoad Works (new roads and maintenance of existing)
•\tConcrete Forming and Pouring (foundations, driveways/sidewalks, bases, etc.)
•\tAsphalt (roadways, walkways, etc.)
Ownership is local with hands on management by owners.
