Project Manager or Superintendent – Construction

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager to take ownership of specialty construction projects from bid to final walkthrough. This role is about more than just managing it’s about leading, solving problems fast, keeping costs in check, and delivering a successful job that both our team and our clients are proud of.

What You’ll Do

Preconstruction and Bidding

• Review plans and specs to create material takeoffs and accurate bids
• Understand compliance and job requirements from day one
• Use Procore to estimate and track bids
• Coordinate with estimators and follow up with general contractors and owners
• Negotiate pricing and secure project wins

Project Execution

• Review contracts and ensure scopes and pricing are correct
• Process and track change orders and job scope updates
• Schedule jobs, order materials, and coordinate installation teams
• Stay in sync with field crews and confirm sites are ready before work begins
• Handle billing, job costing, and reporting using internal systems
• Lead weekly updates on labor and project progress
• Drive post-job analysis and maintain strong client relationships

What You Bring

• 4+ years of construction management or equivalent experience
• Comfortable reading blueprints and estimating construction work
• Strong with tech: Word, Excel, Outlook, Procore
• OSHA and First Aid/CPR certified (or willing to get certified)

Work Conditions

• Visit job sites, walk construction areas, wear PPE

• Able to lift 50 lbs, use stairs, and handle a fast-paced environment
• Must have full range of vision and mobility for site visits
