Construction Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager
Job Location:  Grand Rapids, MI 
Salary: $115k-$130k + Benefits + Vehicle + 401k, etc. 
Requirements: 6+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager  + experience projects related to any of the following: Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, etc.

This is a full time/permanent position with a well-established General Contractor with a wid range of projects including Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, etc. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Project Managers.

What You Will Be Doing

• Project Management efforts including planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources.
• Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
• Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans

What You Need for this Position

• 5+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager 
• Experience on Ground-Up Projects for commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Hospitality, etc.
