Job Description

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing construction projects from concept through completion, ensuring they meet client expectations, quality standards, and budget requirements. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in large industrial/manufacturing projects. Design-build experience is a plus, and periodic travel within the U.S. is expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction project management from planning to closeout
• Ensure coordination across disciplines and maintain project schedule and budget
• Prepare and manage bid packages, contracts, purchase orders, and change orders
• Perform site inspections and lead project progress meetings
• Review and process vendor submittals and expedite material/equipment delivery
• Maintain client relationships and provide regular status updates
• Monitor project performance, safety compliance, and insurance adherence
• Develop site utilization plans and oversee subcontractor work and crew sizes
• Coordinate between design and construction teams
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project documentation and reports
• Ensure proper project closeout including as-builts, warranties, and follow-up
