This opportunity is with a nationally respected construction management firm known for delivering mission-critical projects across the U.S. and internationally. The firm is recognized for empowering Project Managers to run projects end-to-end, supported by strong leadership, proven systems, and long-standing client relationships.

Role Snapshot:

Compensation: $110,000 – $180,000 base salary

(Strong total compensation depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work closely with on-site Superintendents to coordinate daily field operations, safety, and schedule performance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Manage Prime Contract administration including procurement, subcontract buyout, cost control, and change management
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders
  • Identify risks, schedule impacts, and cost exposures early and implement corrective actions
  • Operate in a fast-paced, hands-on construction environment with direct visibility to executive leadership
  • Projects are large-scale, technically complex, and often federally funded
  • On-site leadership role throughout the construction lifecycle

What They’re Looking For

  • Experience managing commercial, infrastructure, or federal construction projects
  • Background in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and interface directly with clients
  • Comfort overseeing budgets, schedules, and project documentation
  • Familiarity with construction management and scheduling software
  • Exposure to federal government clients is helpful, not required
