A well-established construction company in Austin is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects . This role is ideal for a hands-on field leader who excels at managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities on commercial job sites
• Manage subcontractors, field crews, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are met
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and company policies
• Review plans, specifications, and construction documents for accuracy
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners
• Resolve on-site issues proactively to maintain project progress
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and jobsite records

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction
• Proven track record of completing commercial projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, inspections, and trade coordination
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and field crews
• Familiarity with construction software and reporting tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on job sites throughout the Austin area
