Residential Superintendent – Ultra-Luxury Custom Homes

Up to $140,000 + Benefits

Are you an experienced Residential Superintendent with a passion for building high-end custom homes? Our client is a premier custom home general contractor known for delivering some of the most exclusive, architect-driven luxury estates in West Palm Beach — and they’re looking for a top-tier Superintendent to join their team.

This is a rare opportunity to lead ground-up luxury builds ranging from 6,000 sq ft to 20,000+ sq ft , with world-class finishes, complex structural elements, and demanding architectural standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all field operations for ground-up ultra-luxury residential builds
• Manage daily site activities, subcontractors, inspections, and scheduling
• Work closely with elite architects, designers, engineers, and high-end clients
• Ensure exceptional craftsmanship, quality control, and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite that reflects the client’s brand
• Oversee material coordination, long-lead items, and specialty custom installs
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest luxury standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience building luxury custom homes from the ground up (6,000+ sq ft)
• Solid understanding of high-end residential construction, finishes, and sequencing
• Ability to manage complex sites, premium materials, and specialty subcontractors
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients and design teams
• Meticulous attention to detail - craftsmanship matters at this level
• Proficiency with construction management tools (Procore a plus)
