WHAT THIS COMPANY OFFERS:
• $110,000 - $140,000

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
• Report to CFO.
• Accounting Operations Management: Oversees all accounting systems and records, including cash receipts, expenditures, payroll, and inventory, ensuring accurate financial documentation and record-keeping.
• Team Leadership and Supervision: Manages and guides accounting staff, supervises payroll and accounts payable teams, and ensures timely, accurate completion of tasks while upholding productivity and quality standards. 2-3 Direct Reports.
• Financial Reporting and Compliance: Assists in developing and maintaining financial reporting systems, prepares annual budgets, reconciles bank accounts, manages cash flow, and ensures adherence to internal controls, filing deadlines, and confidentiality protocols.
• Audit and Continuous Improvement: Leads annual audits, authorizes financial transactions, verifies ledger entries, and maintains professional knowledge by engaging in educational and industry activities

Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business with Accounting, CPA a plus.
• 5+ Years Supervisory Experience in financial reporting.
• Experience with large automated accounting system – a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership and customer service skills.
