Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate various aspects of financial reporting and closing processes.
• Establish and maintain financial policies to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Manage audit-related activities and ensure completion within required timelines.
• Provide guidance on tax-related matters, working with advisors to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain and improve internal controls while optimizing financial systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with other teams to analyze financial performance and support business goals.
• Lead planning processes and provide insights to aid organizational strategies.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a skilled finance and accounting team.
• Work across departments to align financial objectives with broader operational needs.
• Enhance financial systems and processes to improve reporting and efficiency.
• Take on additional duties as needed.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles.
• Expertise in document control, scanning, and compiling financial documents.
• Proficiency in month-end close processes and annual budgeting.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop high-performing professionals.
• Familiarity with internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
