The firm is highly regarded for its work with innovative companies, from early-stage startups to multi-billion-dollar global businesses. In 2023 alone, the team worked with over 50 unicorn companies and facilitated more than 40 exits via sale or IPO, generating over $10 billion for founders, investors, and stakeholders. About the Practice The Corporate group represents a diverse range of clients, including startups, midsize and large public and private companies, venture capital and private equity investors, and investment banks. The practice focuses on: Advising clients on venture capital, M&A, and private equity transactions. Drafting and reviewing sophisticated corporate documentation. Managing transactions and providing general corporate counsel to clients. The Silicon Valley team is particularly active in the technology and life sciences sectors, playing a pivotal role in high-stakes transactions and guiding clients through complex corporate matters. Qualifications 5 years of substantial corporate transactional experience, including venture capital, M&A, and private equity transactions. Strong academic credentials from a leading law school. Expertise in drafting and reviewing complex corporate documentation and managing deals. Background in securities, M&A, and venture capital transactions. JD from accredited law school Exceptional written, interpersonal, and communication skills. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead deal teams and handle significant responsibilities.
