• MINIMUM 2 weeks per month and MINIMUM 36 hours per week

• Paid Orientation: 2 Days Required
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Coverage Needed: Full Time Preferred. Minimum of two weeks per month Required. 
• 12hr Beeper Call available on some Saturdays - not required
• 8hr Weeknight Call
• Would like to review providers who are interested in the occasional overnight shift - weeknight and/or weekends. Not required.  
• Shift Details: 8, 10, 12, and 16 hour shifts available. 
• Schedule: 6:30-3pm ; 6:30-5pm ; 6:30-7pm ; 6:30-8pm 

Work Details: 

• Support staff: Care Team Model 4:1 ; 24hr Anesthesia Aid Dept. to turn rooms over, bring supplies etc. 
• Amount of coverage needed per month: FTE
• Patient population/age: 12+
• Department description: Tertiary facility 
• EMR: Epic
• Special procedures: Specialized care
• CRNA do not perform any blocks, a-lines, epidurals, or spinals. 

Practice Setting: 

• Hospital - Tertiary facility 

Requirements :

• Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required 
• Registered Nurse Anesthetist - MN Board of Nursing required 
• ACLS/BLS Tier 2-Advanced Cardiac Life Support - Multisource required upon hire
• Minimum experience required: 1 year
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days
