Absolute Jobs is currently seeking a well rounded Service Technician to fill an opening with a company located in Grand Prairie, TX. The ideal candidates should have experience working with service and maintenance of all machinery, equipment and vehicles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Service Technician:

• Inspects, diagnoses, repairs, and maintains motorcoaches, commercial and non-commercial vehicles and other vehicles
• Understands and adheres to all company safety policies and procedures
• Compliance with all local, State, and Federal regulations applicable to operations, buildings, grounds, and personnel including EPA, OSHA, and DOT
• Specific duties and responsibilities are determined by Individual Service Technician training, certification, knowledge, skill, and experience
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications of the Service Technician:

• Requires good organizational skills to include the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and complete assignments within expected time frames
• Employee must possess the tools necessary to complete assigned responsibilities
• Previous experience with Body and Frame Repairs
• Experience with Interior Component repair/replacement
• Audio/Video knowledge recommended not required
• A commercial driver license (CDL) is a plus!
• Must have Cummins X12 Certification

Skills of the Service Technician:

• Must be a self-starter and possess a positive attitude
• Must have a good attendance
• Must be willing to travel, with possible work on the weekends/overtime

Physical Demands of the Service Technician:

• Ability to frequently move items weighing up to 100 pounds.
