We are a very clean school looking for a night custodian that enjoys working with others, as a team player. An individual that works with the help of others to perform the tasks of cleaning. Qualifications / Skills Ability to stand, walk, and bend for many hours. Ability to perform repetitive motion for long periods of time. Experience with using cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and cleaning solutions. Background in handling, mixing, and using cleaning chemicals. Ability to paint rooms/hallways as needed. Custodian Daily Duties and Responsibilities

• Keeps building and property in clean and orderly condition
• Performs heavy cleaning duties
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, or vacuum floors
• Gathers and empties trash
• Scrubs, sanitizes, and supplies restroom facilities
• Dusts furniture, walls, and equipment
• Cleans windows, mirrors, and partitions with soap and other cleansers
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power machinery to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
• Cleans and polishes fixtures and furniture
• Notifies supervisor regarding the need for repairs or additions to building operating systems

Work Hours This is a 3 pm – 11 PM work shift. Overtime is permitted, with NO weekends. School holidays, time off, and summer hours are 7am – 3pm (40 Hours – Full Time) 30 minute lunch with (2) 15 minute breaks (Paid by the school) Benefits Health Insurance/ Dental / Life Insurance Vacation/Sick/Personal Time off / Paid Holidays 403B Starting Pay = $16.46/HR Requirements : High School Diploma or Equivalent.
