Customer Service Representative
Shift:  Mon-Fri, 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Role Summary
Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives in our Irving, TX location. No prior automotive or RV experience is required — just a willingness to learn and a passion for helping others. We’ll provide the training and tools you need to succeed. This is an opportunity to develop valuable communication, problem-solving, and service skills in a supportive environment where no prior industry experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for established customers by phone and email, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional support
  • Provide updates on orders and deliveries, resolving issues directly or partnering with other teams, carriers, and suppliers to find solutions
  • Build customer loyalty by identifying needs, offering recommendations, and promoting additional products or services when appropriate
  • Consistently meet performance standards while delivering a positive and efficient customer experience
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, empathize, and provide solutions
  • Positive, customer-first attitude with energy and professionalism
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, data entry)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Sales or customer service experience in a call center is preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual skills (English with French or Spanish) are highly valued
Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment
  • Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays to attend trade shows
  • Must be able to lift freight up to 50 lbs.
