We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Federal Way, Washington. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, data entry, and administrative tasks while maintaining a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer service tasks, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues

• Prepare and copy data ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

• Enter applications and funding files into proprietary systems with precision and attention to detail.

• Manage high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

• Manage the applications of loans, ensuring accurate csutomer information.

• Perform front desk duties such as welcoming guests, handling mail and packages, and buzzing in visitors.

• Call customers to gather incomplete or additional information for loan processing.

• Maintain high-volume data entry accuracy and meet daily goals for loan application processing.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to execute tasks efficiently.

• Collaborate with peers to ensure all necessary information is collected and processed.

• Adapt to changing priorities and balance multiple tasks effectively.

• Perform filing duties, ensuring all records are accurately maintained and up-to-date

• Handle conventional and FHA loans, ensuring all procedures and regulations are followed

• Work independently on assigned projects, showcasing the ability to follow through with tasks.

• Follow up with team members to confirm the completion of assigned tasks.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative roles.

• Proficiency in high-volume data entry is essential

• Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 55 words per minute.

• Ability to manage high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong oral and written communication abilities.

• Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Familiarity with loan processing or financial applications is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
