As a Data Analyst, you will be embedded within a client office, offering you a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a real-world business environment. This role will provide you the chance to hone your technical skills while also gaining valuable experience in understanding business needs and translating them into analytical solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be creating powerful and insightful Power BI reports that will enable our clients to monitor the performance of business operations and make data-driven decisions. In addition to working with Power BI, you’ll also support database management and perform ad hoc analyses using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python.

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis, database management, or similar role
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Python
• Experience with MS Fabric, MySQL, SSMS, or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to pass a federal background check
