Overview

As a Data Analyst, you’ll turn complex operational data into actionable insights that power decision-making and innovation. Your work will directly support strategic decisions across logistics, warehousing, and cross-border trade environments. This role requires someone who is technically strong, extremely proactive, and excited by the opportunity to transform raw logistics, warehouse, or customs data into new products and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and organize data from diverse systems including logistics platforms, spreadsheets, and databases
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel-based reports to support clients and executive stakeholders
• Identify key trends, recurring inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities using descriptive and diagnostic analytics
• Use operational data to propose innovative solutions and new lines of service or automation
• Work closely with the process engineering team to link data patterns to real-world root causes
• Support ad-hoc reporting needs from client onboarding through long-term account support

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a data analytics or business intelligence role
• Experience working with supply chain, warehousing, or customs-related datasets
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel, and SQL
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of operational and transactional data structures
• Experience building reports for non-technical users
• Demonstrated initiative in developing new insights, ideas, or tools from operational data
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Highly self-motivated and capable of working with minimal direction
